(MedPage Today) -- Case Findings: A 40-year-old male presents with a painful mass on his left shoulder of 5 months' duration. He has a history of stage IV scleronodular type of Hodgkin's disease that was treated 23 years ago with chemotherapy and radiation therapy. He relapsed a year later, and required another round of chemotherapy followed by autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. He relapsed again the next year, and underwent another chemotherapy regimen and allogeneic stem cell transplantation. He has been disease-free for 20 years. What is your diagnosis?
